These stunning Shrink Pots look great in any home. They are great caddys for storing dry good such as tea, coffee, sugar and the like.
Made from hand hollowed, winter cut green wood logs. They have an oak base which the wood shrinks onto to form the main body of the pot. Once dry a lid is fitted. The lids are made from Sycamore and have an insert which is slightly too small for the pots wall perimeter - this allows the lid to be twisted and lock closed.
The outside of the pot is finished with cold pressed linseed oil and the inside is bare wood.
Pots 1 & 2 are approx 5x4" in size; Pots 3, 4 & 5 are approx 4x4" in size and Pot 6 is 5x3" in size.
